Returns Policy/Change of Mind Policy

Return for exchange will be allowed only within 14 calendar days from the invoice date of the merchandise with no exception. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No return or exchange will be offered on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, mounted, modified, scratched or defaced. Merchandise must be returned at your cost which includes freight and insurance. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. An original copy or a photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. 

It is the customers/installers responsibility to verify the correct size and application of any merchandise before installation. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all accepted returns.

Znoelli Limited reserves the right to assess the product before processing any credit to determine the products condition.

It’s the customer's responsibility to repack the item(s) that are being returned and make sure that it is properly and securely packed with sufficient packaging material to prevent the item from being damaged. We cannot give credit or refund on a returned package that has been damaged due to insufficient packing. Products need to be returned in as purchased condition which means all hardware & accessories included in the original package needs to be returned or the customer will be charged.

Our change of mind policy is limited to an exchange to the value of, or content-image-coffee.jpgstore credit/gift vouchers to the value of the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned. For loss prevention purposes we will need to record your personal details. Refer to our "Terms and Conditions” for a statement on our Privacy Policy.

The following products below may not be returned under the change of mind policy unless they breach a guarantee under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Made/built to order products

Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items will NOT be allowed.
